Return Policy

For unused services, we make it fair.

If you cancel a booked activity (like a shikara ride or gondola ticket) 24+ hours in advance, we refund 100% of that cost.

For package cancellations, the main cancellation policy applies.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
