• Booking: A 25% advance secures your trip. Balance due 7 days before arrival.

• Itinerary: We stick to it, but weather/road conditions may force minor changes—we’ll keep you informed.

• Conduct: We expect respectful behavior toward locals, drivers, and guides.

• Liability: We’re not responsible for delays due to natural events, strikes, or flight cancellations—but we’ll help you find alternatives.

• Insurance: We strongly recommend travel insurance (not included in package).
